Regarding the «dangers» they can be two-fold...:
Obvious (or perhaps not-so-obvious since it's invisible) would be radiation or potential-exposure to radiation; anybody who remembers much details of the Lacerta-Interview, well, even if you do not, I re-listened to that interview dozens of times and remember that «Lacerta» mentioned that the «technology» bestowed unto humans were of very high-numbered elements which are very unstable, full of radiation (and often if not always resulting in death from exposure) where-as she mentioned that the lower-numbered elements on the periodic-table are much more stable and work in a much more reliable manner and are both much safer and inexpensive than the high-numbered elements.
The other-fold «danger» lies in one's emotional-stability (mental-stability). Remote-Viewing apparently requires one to be at least age 18 or older before it can/should be taught to them; this has a lot to do with mental/emotional-development; when you are dealing with «psychic» phenomena, without properly shielding yourself from negative-influences (such as via the thrice-daily use of The Star Prayer as specified within The Testament of Truth @ http://www.the-testament-of-truth.com/truth/web/starpray.htm), you could either end up traumatising yourself (see the Jack the Ripper movie for how shaken up one of the remote-viewers felt from the session) or end up not knowing how to navigate around the «lawless-jungle» that is known as the psychic-realms where lack of stability-of-thought may result in inadvertently «granting permission» unto «entities» who interpolate their own thoughts (Note: «Spirit-Possession» phenomena not only factually exists but is also highly tied into negative-emotions; documented cases of certain «psychics» also exist where-in she may have done things like stare at a candle for too long which ended up putting herself into a «trance» and then her body ended up being taken-over by a malevolent-entity and resulting in a frightening experience for both her and her friends who were with her).
Thirdly, for anybody who's been joining some of the more-recent «How to Remote-View» instructional live-streams, Remote-Viewing is supposed to be your own ability; «don't cheat with tools» was mentioned by one of their Remote-Viewing Instructors, and, not only that, Aziz Brown had mentioned that Subject A seemed to be Highly Psychic and was apparently «Remote-Viewing» like it were an automatic passive-ability (Subject A was later revealed to be the very Messiah himself).
