What does "working for Russia" mean?

Russian government?
Russian parliament?
Russian intelligence agencies?
Russian people?

I think I know what Courtney means when he's formulating the target, but is it right to interpret the RV data that way? Because we assume that it's Russian government vs. U.S. government, overlooking the possibility that someone working for Russia is influencing the elections without official permission or assignment.

Can we say that Russia is trying to influence the elections, or China, as if a country acts like a person or a sports team?

In my opinion, this "groupthink" is a childish way of looking at it, because it doesn't reflect reality at all.

What if one Russian operative wants Trump to win because Trump would start peace talks, and another Russian operative wants Kamala to win because then the war would go on? Who represents Russia, or the Russian people?

For all intents & purposes, the word «senior» typically refers to one's «rank» or «social-status» within/amongst a «government» system (although it can also mean someone who is at or over the age of 55 back in the day or at or over the age of in the present-day), and, thus, can probably be safely interpreted as a high-ranking government-official within/amongst the Russian-government.

Targeting & tasking could certainly be more accurate, concise, less subject-to-interpretation (or mis-interpretation), were each word to be properly «defined» with examples provided as to the «context» behind the meaning of each word, such as Senior in terms of High-Ranking «Official» (from Officialdom), for Russia being clarified as Russian-government or Russian-corporation; and, even then, the word «government» or «corporation» should still be further-clarified, such as whether it is the Organic-Government or Corporate-Government, and whether the Corporation is Public or Clandestine (although the «Clandestine» stuff was already revealed from the target on China-Influencers).

What's the difference? As far as I'm concerned, every government is a corporation, because a corporation is an organized group of people that acts like a single entity. That's the whole point why I made this thread: People are speaking of Russia and China and U.S.A. as if these organisations were single entities.

Let's say, the Russian operative is successful in influencing the elections. Does that mean that Russia influenced the elections? You see what I mean? The country or nation is not a single entity, and never has been. It's not a hive. Humans aren't ants. This "groupthink" is part of the divide and conquer control strategy.

Organic is when it is made & done for the interests & benefit of the people;
Corporate is when it is geared more towards profit-making & punishing non-conformists.

Although this could also be taken as a gross over-simplification given «Legalese» involved.
Perhaps I should re-word it as a Benign/Peaceful versus Punitive-Government;
either way we're talking about «Organisations» & when it comes down to core-activities...
...said activities will revolve around a Core-Ideology: It is either Peaceful or Oppressive;

It's ultimately all about Ideology in the End. Free-Will-Oriented or Authoritarian-Oriented.
Regardless of whether «Unit» is as small as «Family» or as big as Nation, Globe, etc.

Then it can't be government, because government by definition has the monopoly on violence and therefore is allowed to ignore the interests of people and force them to comply with what they don't want.

I think it's important to use the words correctly, so people can understand that the actual problem is the concept of the monopoly. A corporation is an internal monopoly. A government is a corporation that forces you to be a member. You are not allowed to choose another corporation, like the free market would allow it. It works like a cult.

In other words: Government is oppressive by definition.

God or Source or the Karmic-System or God's Law or God's Karmic-System or what-ever we wish to name/call it is already the Supreme-Reigning «Monarch» with a «Monopoly» on its «Domains» which includes this particular material-universe and the ONE thing that is _consistent_ in _all_ «Realms» (whether be they Physical/Material or Psychic/Spiritual) is the «What you do unto others will be done unto you» Rule/Law that remains «Supreme» and thus the «Monarch» in _every_ land...

...when a word is mis-interpreted or needs further-clarification or a «concept» remains «foreign» for the «inhabitants» who exist in a «fallen-realm» like this one then that is why we then «clarify» its meaning if a simple «one word» or «two-word» or «two-sentence» explanation isn't enough to get the true intent and/or full-meaning across; and there is in fact ONE «permitted MONOPOLY» that would not be a «problem-causing *monopoly*» that CAN exist and that is when «force» is ONLY used for benign educative & NON-punitive rehabilitation-purposes and NOT for «punitive» (punishment/authoritarian) purposes; in _this_ «context» then it is _not_ an «oppressive» system as the _only_ «force» being used is in order to prevent «offenders» (and only the _real_ «offenders» who commit _real_ «crimes» rather than laissez-faire fake so-called crimes that are not even real crimes in the eyes or book of the _real_ God such as one's refusal to pay for a license due to its «extortionist» and thus «oppressive» nature) from engaging in acts that would interfere in the free-will of others.

In other words: Force CAN be used in a NON-OPPRESSIVE manner for as LONG as it is oriented towards CORRECTLY «indoctrinating» the «offenders» into the CORRECT belief about the TRUE «Reality» of Existence in that, what they do unto others, they will be made to experience for themselves, and, thus, will _know_ why NOT to «oppress» others...
