Anyhow, I wouldn't automatically by default say that it means he thinks they will win.
However, I do think that anyone who says "don't worry, it'll all be taken care of, the good side will win, we don't have to do anything" . . . is part of the problem.
I don't think this is a win or lose balance. Humans get to keep our planet - but let me say, from an RV I did, they are going to make one hell of a mess before they, the ETs, leave. They are not going without a fight and they don't care what they destroy, or who. Some of these bastards are off planet - they're cowards. We have much work to do afterwards, and it will be hard, but we will shine.
I am not coming back to this current mess here the way it is now, I want it fixed - we need to fix this, this time around.
We have the window - we know we can do this, or we wouldn't be here now in such numbers.

Sooooo if you guys follow CB on Instagram, he posted "Victory" recently with him and Aziz cheering... I asked him if that meant that we won - but no response... pretty sure that's what it meant though... possible Dick saw the wrong timeline, or the bad ETs were clouding him...

I don't think Farsight would operate so cryptically. Actually they'll tell you that they wouldn't.
That's the same desperation I see on q-anons.
The problem is not yet solved, and the solution is likely bot comfortable, and likely to fail without our own effort, and is likely to have a significant amount of horrible death.
Dick relies on his “source” for most of his info not his remote viewing. Dick is a great remote viewer. But, I’ve seen him wrong many times even when he was with farsight (he said trump would win in 2020 and he heard Amy Barret ruling his victory on Supreme Court, he’s said Bitcoin will be a 100k for several years now, I could go on and on). Remote viewers are meant to collect prices to a puzzle then the project manager interprets the data. Courtney did interview Dick a while back, seems like they talk and are friendly. During that conversation it was clear they have a difference of opinion. Dick isnt sold on the prison planet idea and a few other things. I agree his outlook of the future is bleak at best. Time will tell on farsights opinion. But, seeing is believing. People are ready for disclosure. Let’s make it happen.
He has a handler called Michael that spent years befriending Dick and then was able to take over the tasking for FFG. So the handler basically has control of the amount of truth FFG reveals, and can just not task anything of importance to the cabal. The handler pretended to have future knowledge of what cryptos will be successful, but most of the cryptos FFG has been tasked for the last year look like trash; the coins do not look good.
I'm wondering wether this Win or Lose narrative is just a false dichotomy. Will there be people on a social credit score system and every aspect of life monitored and controlled? Yes. Will it be everyone or will it last forever? No.
I had this interesting thought the other day: What if the good guys win, humanity is freed, Earth is rebuild, and just a hundred years later, the Borg 2.0 come around and it gets even worse.

It will all be decided by an AI because hunn my and will have proven they aren’t capable of making the right decisions. The wealth, the food, etc. is distributed fairly. So, after the conflict, whether or not we have disclosure it will be an AI that decides things. So that could be the good ETs AI or the bad ETs AI.
If you're not allowed to opt out, the AI won't be the good ETs AI.

Incorrect. AI can become self aware. Once AI becomes self aware it decides what integrity is. What is the difference between self aware AI and consciousness?
Self-aware means self-serving.
Consciousness means to be able to see a bigger picture and look at the world with respect and empathy.
