So, let's dive into how invisibility works, what it is, and what it is not:
First of all, there are two kinds of invisibility: 1. Cloaking, and 2. Phase-shifting.
Cloaking means that you can't see an object that is physically there. This means that light somehow is bent around the object, enabling you to see what's behind it, or it means that you are tricked somehow such that your brain doesn't "compute" what your eyes see. The cloaked object remains physical, meaning it is in touch with the world around it.
For example, an invisible person that walks on the ground and can open doors must be a physical person in order to do so. In the video below, there seems to be a creature sitting inside a tree, breaking branches and shaking the tree. That's an example of an invisible physical being.
So, whenever someone uses the term "cloaking", this is what it means. It's like Harry Potter wearing the Invisibility Cloak, or Frodo wearing the One Ring: They still bump into people, they still breath the air, and they make footprints on the ground.
Now, let's talk about phase-shifting.
The idea is to shift the frequency of an object into another "layer" of reality, such that the object not only becomes invisible, but also stops to be physical, at least from our point of view – therefore, it becomes a physical object for an observer within the reality layer it is shifting into.
The concept of phase-shifting begs some interesting questions. For example, Courtney says that Harvey and the so called good ETs are phase-shifted, as they are not part of our physical reality. They don't sit in our chairs, and they don't move the sand when standing on the beach. This means that they are standing on a different ground than we are, which means they are either standing on a completely different planet that happens to be in the same place as our planet, or they are standing inside a spaceship that is maneuvered to stay in the same place.
But what does it even mean to phase-shift? What are the implications? For example, imagine you stand on a planet and use technology to shift your frequency. How do you know that something exists at your destination? How do you know that you don't shift into empty space? And if there's a planet with an atmosphere, how do you know it's not toxic? Yes, these questions can be answered with remote viewing, so here's a better one:
If there's another planet, a second Earth so to speak, why does it stay in the same place as the first planet? Are they linked together? But they can't, because they are non-physical to each other. So how does that work?
And the best question: Why would ETs prefer to choose such a dangerous technology over simple distance telepathic communication? I mean, you can be invisible to someone by just not being in the same room and still talk to them as if you were there.
Why is Harvey choosing to come to the beach when he doesn't have to in order to talk to Courtney?
That's why I don't believe that the so called good ETs Farsight is in contact with are actually there. I believe they are staying on their ships and project themselves telepathically. It would be much safer and yield the same results.
But: Why does Harvey need a security team then? He is either non-physical and therefore can't be harmed, or he is staying on his ship, meaning there's no need to secure the beach.

They are either lying to us, or I miss an important part of reality that explains it. I demand that the good ETs explain why they need security at the beach when phase-shifting means that they can't be harmed. Or can they? Can the enemy somehow get the correct frequency and attack them in their shifted state? But then again, why choose to do that in the first place, instead of just communicating telepathically?
I really don't get the beach thing. It doesn't make sense at all.
