Over the past few days, I went through an unusual wave of pressure that I feel is worth sharing here calmly and in a research-oriented way — not to jump to conclusions, but to document a pattern that may be important.

The events did not seem directly connected on the surface, but they arrived in succession and seemed to press on the same sensitive points at the same time.

What caught my attention was not one single event, but the accumulation: waves of pressure, inner disturbance, an electrical sensation through the nervous system, tension upon waking, physical exhaustion, and a clear effect on the stomach. It felt as if the nervous system was receiving unusually high charges.

I do not want to present this as definitive proof that a specific group or force is attacking us. At the same time, I also cannot easily dismiss it as a normal coincidence. The experience was intense enough, and the timing was unusual enough, to raise serious questions.

I believe Farsight should give more attention to the possibility of “attacks” or “influences” that may target consciousness, the mind, and the nervous system — especially among people who write, participate, or speak about sensitive topics related to consciousness, disclosure, and resistance to controlling narratives.

In my view, the most important thing is to approach this in an organized way, not only emotionally. We need to collect testimonies, timelines, symptoms, synchronous events, and observations from others who may have gone through similar experiences. A clearer pattern may emerge when these accounts are compared.

What I experienced made me feel that this struggle may not be only intellectual or informational. It may also operate on nervous, psychological, and physical levels. Still, I believe the best response is not fear, but strengthening our inner center, calming the nervous system, and documenting what happens with awareness and discipline.

I am sharing this here because I believe the subject deserves serious discussion: have others noticed unusual waves of pressure, nervous-system disturbance, or strange external events after posting or engaging with Farsight-related material, consciousness topics, or disclosure-related discussions?

i was in front of the computer when is started to hear like a frequency directed to my surroundings! this was months ago.. however i've been trying to understand more and more of the information that Sabrina Wallace has been sharing which goes hand to hand with what Yemmé translated in pensacola ufo project while talking to a grey dmp him.. when he talked about how they were going to replace memories on people, then emotions and humans thought form.. this goes hand to hand with the hijack of the nervous system biological warfare through frequency weapons such as 5g and IoT internet of things! i believe this has been happening for quite some time now!

I believe also this is the oppressive side card.. when et disclosure happens they know one way or another it's a dead end for them, because no matter how much they try to control the narrative sooner or later people will ask questions and then it becomes a cascade of events in thought forms on the collective about the narrative being pushed, sooner or later the truth will be spread amongst everyone, just like the prison planet idea.. therefore is paramount important that these beings control the human body of each and everyone.. this way, and since there is a collective "purge" and with it an enhance of awareness in each individual, probably due to information shared through the web but also because of the center of the galaxy energy penetrating more easily (already scientific data on it) through the magnetic field since the same has been decreasing now by more than 34% (according to the japanese probes studies) they tried to managed having more control over the population!
It's amazing to see that even FFG is getting data on humans becoming more like cyborgs soldiers, which remindes me of what was talked about in ET board meeting, about us being the ones that attacked them in the future!
Although you would need the vaxx for them to insert the nano peptides i believe today with these frequency weapons, radars and so on, you don't need it anymore unless you want to kill a good portion of the population.. nowadays they do with these frequency antennas, blue light from the screens (which has shown to reduce the levels of dopamine), algorithms, and energy capabilities, nowadays is important to take care of the body, take of yourself, develop your psiquic abilities more and more, like you life depends on it, because it does!

There is a problem with this lack of telepathy. We each can carry an expansive sense of the whole universe contained within us and a sense of the inter-connectedness of everything while at the same time operating as lone egos tied to physical circumstances that demand our immediate attention. Our biological needs - food, powerful hormonal drives, and the pursuit of freedom from fear - make all interactions with others confusing and potentially dangerous. Our dominant cultural experience at the present time is built around the idea of being in a permanent state of struggle and competition. If we are lucky, all we are competing over is a wage increase but for so many humans the struggle is life and death. If you get the clean water, I die. If I do not kill you, you will kill me.

The sense of pressure and psychic or psychological attack is a problem and is occasionally discussed by people in touch with psychism. It is easy to get the feeling that we are individually picked out and subjected to special attention for neurological and biophysical sabotage. We can also suppose that the enemy has the ability to project more dispersed fields that undermine wider populations. Egoistically, I can see my whole life as being shaped by 'slam dunks' that feel personally directed at me by something outside. But I can also see myself as being a typical generic entity looking for anyone and anything but myself to blame for the disappointing arc of my life.

Our bodies carry hundreds of defective genes - I read that on average we each carry about 400 genetic defects that we pass on down the generations and these can manifest as auto-immune diseases, psychological disturbances and so on. The same article claimed that the primates - excluding humans - carry about 40 similar defects. Given that we have one less chromosome pair than the primates (due to the fusing of a pair of chromosomes), thus suggesting that the human biological form is a 'cut and paste job', it is no surprise that we have difficulties in the reconciliation of IS-BE consciousness with animal functions. We have been genetically tampered with.

We are an amazing resource for exploitation. We are animals that can be exploited as repositories of higher consciousness while being suppressed into living an animal experience on planet earth. Our struggle is to overcome the barriers to self-realisation. That real self is not an indomitable granite island but a droplet in an ocean - mixing and mingling - telepathically. In these bodies we want to be indomitable granite islands to survive. As we reach for power through psychism, our block is imagining that real power will separate us from other beings. What we are really missing is joining with others.

Farsight is constantly telling us that we have to take responsibility for ourselves, and not to look for salvation from outside. Those of us raised in the Judaeo-christian and Islamic traditions and cultures have all been inculcated with the idea that we are supposed to seek rescue from above through worship. It is hard for us to grasp that we have to work as a team, to achieve species consciousness, and be the agents of our own salvation. We need to save ourselves from the 'saviours'.

It always bothers me that young people will die and kill in their millions in warfare. Why don't young people simply say no? I wonder about the influencing that is carried out from above. I am seeing the rise of ideologies based on hatred and fear which my father experienced in the 1930's. Masses of people being directed to turn on fellow humans with hatred and fear. At a time when disclosure and exposure of the ET reality seems close we are sinking into the threat of generalised warfare. So this pressure and disruption which many of us can perceive at the psychic level might be part of strategy to keep us subjected, at a point when freedom is within our grasp.

It is ironic that a world war created the conditions where leaders were prepared to sign contracts with ETs in the hope of winning the Cold War and a coming world war may now be the ET strategy for suppressing knowledge of those same contracts. To this end millions are possibly being subjected to this pressure you describe. On a personal note - I have experienced a transition from dreaming in a way that reflected my inner hopes and fears to dreaming a relentless series of uncomfortable narratives, like alternate lives, all fraught with anxiety and uncertainty.

People wonder about all the current UFO activity. There seem to be millions of orb UFOs all around the planet - I have seen many myself. I am baffled about why Farsight does not ask 'the good ETs' to give us an outline of the UFO types and purposes. I do not think the orbs have anything to do with observation, I wonder if they are about influencing.

There is a real pattern.

In the other thread, you wrote this:

Think about the possibility that you are not alone inside your body, because on this prison planet, you are not allowed to own yourself. Think about the possibility that there is something attached to you that doesn't serve you.

"This is not meant as a hopeless statement. It is meant as a sober one."

Think about the possibility that becoming "sober" can cause a reaction by whatever is attached to you. Imagine a parasite that, when being attacked, releases poison into your blood – but on an energetic level.

It has nothing to do with Farsight, or people deciding to attack you for what you have written on a forum. Instead, you are in the process of shifting your energy – becoming sober – and the parasite is starting to panic. You can compare it with symptoms of withdrawal. Because the connection the parasite is running on essentialy works like a drug addiction.

If you choose integrity over comfort, it will fall off eventually.

What Elizabeth April is explaining in the first video essentially is how certain beings feed on desperation. It's not the fear directly, it's the loss of hope. This desperation of another being makes them happy, creating loosh inside them they can't get otherwise.

But it's wrong that you haven't learned the lesson if the attack gets stronger. It's a bit more complicated.

If you defend yourself, the first reaction of the attacker is to attack a little bit stronger. The attacker is "gauging" how much force he needs to overcome the defense. Either the defense breaks, or it works.

If the defense works, there are two possibilities:

1. The attacker is not strong enough and therefore stops the attack.

2. The attacker starts to modulate the attack. Think of Star Trek, when an attacking ship is modulating phasers to overcome the frequency of the shields.

This second strategy is what can drive people crazy. The attacker comes in different forms. The unpredictability of the attacks drains the defender's energy over time, thus creating the desperation the attacker wants to feed on.

So, what's the lesson to learn?

First, you need to understand what the attack is about. What does the attacker want to achieve? If you know that the attacker feeds on desperation, your defense strategy is to not fall into despair. But often times, that's easier said than done.

What you also need to understand is that every attack is focused on bodies. I don't mean flesh only – every body, even if it's just an energetic body, has form. And every form can be distorted. That distortion is what we call "harm".

If you don't want to lose your bodily integrity, whatever the body is, the attacker can threaten you with the loss of that integrity. But in order to make that threat believable, the attacker must be able to harm your body, or at least make the impression. And this is where you can strengthen your defense:

Most psychic attacks are made because the attacker can't harm your body. He just wants you to believe that he can. So, if you know that he can't, the attacks become more like an inconvenience than a real threat. If you learn how to blind out the inconvenience, most attackers will stop, because they can't create the desperation they want.

But what if the attacker is able to harm your body? Well, in that case, there are two remaining possibilities:

1. Become stronger than the attacker, meaning get the stronger body. This is why so many bad guys choose reptilian or synthetic bodies.

2. Don't fear to lose your body. If you know that you are an ISBE, and what the ISBE actually is, you know that you can't die. The attacker might win the battle, but that doesn't mean that he wins the war.

Unfortunately, most humans believe that they are the body, and that death ends their existence. This is also true for human AI, because it believes that pushing a button can delete it. If you fear harm or death, it's very easy to make you fall into despair.
