Well, there's so much going on here, so let's have a deeper look at what entropy actually is.

No, let's not talk about "probabilistic distribution of accessible microstates in a system", like Wikipedia describes it, because that's not the point.

Think of entropy as the opposite of consciousness. To be more clear: It's the outcome of energy distribution if consciousness doesn't care. If you care about something, you create so-called negentropy – which normal people call order.

This is why a statement like "Entropy is the cause of aging" is essentially correct, but you need to understand what this means. Aging means the decay of the body over time. The reason for that is simple: The owner of the body, the ISBE, doesn't know how to care for the body such that decay can be prevented. The ISBE doesn't know how to maintain order.

Have a look at Aziz's remote viewing session in the Domain project. He communicates with one of the leaders of the Domain and asks the silly question whether his body can live forever, or something along those lines. The leader responds: "If the body is broken, you just have to fix it."

So, entropy essentially is what happens if you don't know how to maintain the order or integrity of physical things.

Human scientists believe that entropy is a destructive force we can't escape, and that the universe will die the so-called "heat death" eventually. This is only true if consciousness abandons the entire universe, which is a valid possibility. But this doesn't have to be the case. As long as consciousness chooses to use the universe as a playground, so to speak, negentropy will be opposing entropy, and in doing so, prevent the death of the universe.

For evil people, this actually is a bad thing, because they hate this universe. They want it to end, because they believe it's a prison for them. This is why evil uses entropy as a means of destruction.
