Courtney is always talking about how the ET board meeting visitors from off-Earth always have lots of security with them. This seems to be the case even when the visitor isn't physically present and visible but is just hanging out telepathically.

My question is why is security necessary in this case? There's some reason for it, I presume, but it's not like they can be physically abducted. Is it possible that an ISBE can be trapped when projecting somewhere outside of the physical body?

Do other remote viewers need security when they moving their consciousness outside of their body too? Is remote viewing dangerous targets safe?!

I don't think I've ever seen anyone ever ask this, but I was thinking lately this is a really important question before maybe we start to try to push telepathy on a wide scale. Why do the good ETs need security for their forays but us normie humans don't? What is going on with the "security" and why is it necessary?

It's not that so much but it is more likely that they are slightly 'out of phase' in the Time/Space
sense.

Think of it like the Timeline is a pipe and the Beach is at the bottom. They are parking
themselves slightly up the walls of the pipe somewhere at the same time but not
exactly at the same space.

So they are within communication range but not absolute physical proximity.

I was trying to meditate on this for a while this afternoon. The answer I got felt like this process was something like going down a well. The deeper they go, the better the access but get too close or deep something can happen that exposes them and can pull them in.

I focused on the security people. Wow, they are big. Maybe not so much in the physical sense but formidable. Very focused. They do their job to stay aware of threats so the others can be more focused on communicating.

The psychic ISBEs are very important to protect. There is security for them because they are even more valuable than the actual bodies in the long term.

At least, that's what I seemed to be feeling.... Thoughts?

If you project yourself telepathically, that projection is an "entry point" for identification. This means that remote viewers not only can identify an ISBE, but also "follow" its 4D timeline to where the ISBE is right now.

Think of a flashlight. An ISBE is pointing the light at a wall. The point of light on the wall is the projection. It doesn't make sense to chase the light on the wall, unless you're a cat that makes funny videos. If you want to attack the projecting ISBE, all you need to do is to follow the light beam to its source. So, they need protection at the source.
