Our ISBE self is energy, energy not encased in an avatar body. Like a spirit, we are 'sparks' , or spirits, but it's all energy. Those of us who are ISBEs generate our own energy, that is why they want to keep us here and recycle us because we power it and they want to do this system where they can just harvest us directly instead of how it is done now.
The memory zapper tech they use is probably a plasma technology that I know nothing about but plasma is interesting to research it because it's all around. The veil of forgetfulness is somehow linked with water...living water but that's a whole other thing.

Most NDE's folks realize they are no longer in their body before they even get to the greet and meet and shot back down to earth left to only remember the part they want to have people believe.
They tell you that you can stay....but that is the catch, you don't allow yourself to go into that light, It's powerful but it's also chemicals that give you that love/bliss feeling.
Hopefully if I ever left my body very quickly or like in a crash, I would try my best to always have situational awareness and know that I've left my body, many say they will see their body and this is before they even get to the light , most will say they were pulled there. Now that Courtney has said that you get zapped before the life review and telling you that you need to go back, they zap your memories, and I'd always thought it was done after you consent to come back, like most NDE's some say they didn't want to come back, but the minute they allow the being to tell you why you need to come back, then they are back in their bodies, and don't remember all of it except for before they listened to it.
I would do whatever I can to not go into the light, I'd go within, and say I want to go home.
If for some reason, I've not been aware that I've got there without knowing I'm dead, then I'd tell them that I'm not one of them, I create my own light and not part of the system.
I revoke all contracts consents and permissions on all timelines, past, present and future, and all death contracts and agreements while under amnesia. With that you have to forgive everyone that ever hurt you then forgive yourself for any harm you might of done.
It's an inner alchemy, and by the time they try to take me out I end up there by chance, I will have no contract or agreement with them.
Also practice astral traveling, and or lucid dreaming. That would be a good way to avoid the death traps if you are aware of the out of body state and can keep your awareness with you.

So what if instead of light, they make a trap that looks like the ocean?

The Buddists have a process to escape the death traps or at least it says for how they get thru the Bardo....like maybe they reincarnate in a different system that isn't thru the archons but who knows. I believe that is all projected outside of us and just close my eyes and go within, maybe the way out is in....there is supposedly an ocean around us, that ocean in that is the veil of forgetfulness.
What if hell is in the ocean...LOL

I know it would be like that one Star Trek clip, where she knows her father would never try to protect her from experiences and she hangs on to her life and or body...People have come back into their bodies days later, I think 3 days is the limit.

Perhaps if you're conscious before the tunnel of light comes, I always thought that the sun (son) would be an exit as it is a hub. Maybe astral traveling or OBEs can help you practice being conscious and aware of where you are, like remembering dreams....and lucid dreaming as well.

According to some, there is more than one tunnel, and one woman who claims we're all in pods but she admitted there are the Archons that you wouldn't want to go into that place since that is the forced reincarnation. I think the whole point is for us to be confused about it all.....so that is why we should practice lucid dreaming and OBEs. Both are beneficial to knowing your way around. We go into the astral when we sleep. It's the above, so below...change the above, then it comes to the below.

If we're all in pods, why wouldn't they catch folks before they end up in the archons tunnel, or was she given the tour of the real world and she mentioned that we were left behind in another video and why we're in pods just like in the matrix movie....Just like Neo (Neocortex) would be where they would hook up and front load the matrix into our minds. So there's an evacuation happening? Perhaps OBEs would help to answer that. Darius Wright says that it's not a prison, but I believe it is a trap, and once we become aware of the trap, I'd refuse to talk to anyone that might present themselves as a family member I know is gone and not in some heaven...how long do they stay there? Or do they immediately come back into a new body, they claim we choose.
I say maybe we just become good at leaving the body, then you'd recognize when you aren't in your body.
I've done alot of lucid dreaming, and tried astral traveling, and have done it but it's from lucid dreaming, not from being awake and leaving the body the conscious awake time...which to me might be more beneficial to do since it isn't you forgetting that you become aware you're sleeping and you just explore. One time I was flying, it's so cool flying and I was flying low to the road, and the road started to spit so I roll over on my back still flying, and a crow flew into my heart which had me jolt up from sleep and I could feel it in my heart center. To me that was symbolism for getting my power back.
The trick to lucid dreaming is look at the clock several times in the day then look back, if the time changes from that one time to the next, then you know you are dreaming. Or look at your feet, if you can't see your feet, you're dreaming, then you say 'I'm dreaming' and you can then go where you want.
Yellow Rose of Texas on youtube talks about us being evacuated from here, that our loved ones wait for us where ever we all are in pods and being evacuated in groups. If we are all in groups, in pods, awaiting evacuation...to the real world....cuz this isn't the real world....it does make me wonder if our world is really destroyed and we're all in pods awaiting rescue, and the archons hacked into our matrix reality to feed on our energy, as the machine needs us to power it, The lady who says we're in pods admits we power it and we agreed to it.

a lot has been happening, im just trying to register everything while experience these, but time is a rush! There is a lot going on at least for me on the dream state many of it are parallel lifes, others are past lifes and others are experiences that im having right now with several other people / species or whatever! For me that is how i saw the prison guards but i was and still am getting help from others to be able to see this! At least help as in, just a nudge in vibration in order for me to jump and see it for myself!

No that isn't what we are referring to when we talk about free will.
Our behavior is just their control mechanism for 'consequences' of behaving badly.
We are talking about free will of those who want to leave the matrix but are memory zapped and then given the choice to 'do it again'....but not to leave the matrix.

Once your memories are zapped, your free will is gone. You are manipulated and given a script and memories to keep reincarnating for their agenda, their build up to NWO, then a great reset.
