No. Your freedom is gone. Your free will remains.

Imagine a person in handcuffs. If they don't want to be in handcuffs and remember that they reject them, it's obvious that they don't agree. That's what the handcuffs are for: To force people who don't agree.

Now imagine a person in handcuffs, but memory wiped. They forgot that the handcuffs are not normal, and therefore will accept them as a normal thing. They won't question them. Yes, they are uncomfortable, but it's how things are, right?

This means that their free will is reduced to behavior that includes the acceptance of the handcuffs. They can still choose freely to do what they want, but they will do everything with handcuffs on.

Now, what about the things that aren't possible with handcuffs on? Like, driving a car, for instance. The argument is: With handcuffs on, you are not able to drive a car. In other words: You're not free to drive a car.

But this doesn't mean that free will is gone. You can still want to drive the car – and in wanting it, slowly work out that handcuffs shouldn't be normal, and how to get rid of them.
