What is a contract? It's your interpretation. Here's an example. You go to a friend's house and they give you dinner. You say thanks and at the end of dinner they say "just so you know I'm gonna need $20 cause it cost me a lot and it's just a small fee"

You could think "ok. Well that's fair enough. You gave me supper, it's the least I could do. I owe you $20" - that's the contract.

Alternatively you could say "woah hang on a minute. I didn't agree to that, you offered a gift, you didn't discuss this. You're obfuscating the facts I should potentially charge you for gaslighting me" - that is a contract.

Who is your president? What is your country? The collective reasoning of the masses. That is the contract, regardless what the exact written words were

Principle of Contract:

1. Contract is an agreement based on mutual declarations of intent regarding privileges and obligations of the contracting parties.

2. Privilege is a rightful claim arising from a contract.

3. Obligation is the required action arising from a right or privilege.

4. Action is behavior undertaken with an awareness of consequences.

Principle of Informed Consent:

1. Everyone has the right to be fully informed, before entering into a contract, of all risks that may arise from the contractual relationship.

2. If, after the contract has been concluded, it turns out that important information regarding the risks associated with the contract was intentionally withheld from one of the contracting parties, the contract shall be deemed to have been breached by the contracting party who withheld the information.
