Farsight is all about freedom. Remote viewing is our path to freedom. Here are Farsight's Mysteries projects, as well as new daring and cutting edge content that we cannot publish elsewhere, content that is "off limits" in other realms. Free from the censors, here we publish videos that are as revealing as they are entertaining, wise, and thought provoking. We don't just tell you that reality is not what it seems. We show you what reality actually is, and how each of us can change it.
Quote: "I am the proud owner of a business (sole proprietorship) that is a US citizen in accordance with 8 USC 1401(a). His citizenship lies in the District of Columbia, exclusively (he is a resident of a State when naturalized into one)."
Oh my... This dude has either no idea how the system works, or he is a scam.
He is accepting U.S. code as law. This means that he is not his own authority. The people who make the U.S. code are his authority.
"I consider myself an Ambassador-At-Large, due to the fact that I operate in general with a desire to help all states, nations and bodies politic to the best of my ability."
This means that he is helping the feudal system of the bad guys.
"I have a State case legally changing my name from “BRANDON JOE WILLIAMS” to “Brandon Joe Williams” that was approved by a judge in case 23STCP02865."
If he was a free person, he would be able to change his name without an appeal to authority.
This guy is a perfect example for the belief in authority, which essentially is the belief that you can change reality by writing things down. He doesn't understand true freedom at all (or is an enemy of true freedom).
possibly riots will overrun the need for so much caution. A lot of people are now straight up refusing to pay taxes collectively. They're not using any careful method.
Anyways, there is a structure there that was fought for, that proves you don't have to follow their insidious rules.
There is no careful method. If you refuse to pay bad people, they will punish you with violence. That's reality.
The structure you're referring to does not have the purpose to not follow their insidious rules. It's part of their authoritarian system. The people following it want to avoid violence. The bad guys know that. So they offer you this "movement", because they want you to feel safe. While in reality, nothing changes. It's still a system based on code law and appeal to authority.
To be clear: There is nothing you can write down, or declare, to make bad people stop wanting to own you. They don't believe what you believe. They don't believe that words create reality. But they know that they can own you when you believe it.
It's an avenue. If you're not at least holding a molotov cocktail you have to adk yourself if you're suddenly "not playing by the rules"
Look, law isn't a thing that one mastermind put together. It's layers of history mashing awkwardly together. For whatever reason people still follow it. So they might as well have some idea what it actually is. The occasional lawyer, bank teller, cop, etc ... tries to follow it if it's spelled out to them.
Hundreds of these people don't pay tax. So I don't know. Are they stupid? You tell me.
Bros, Sovereign Citizen is an OxyMoron, explained by Marc Stevens...
...probably! Basically, either you are a Sovereign OR you are a Citizen, MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE.
Citizen in THEIR «Legalese» is basically a «slave» so when you call yourself a «Sovereign Citizen» a «judge» is going to look at you and looking into his computer where the «Sovereign Citizen» term does not actually exist, can only put «sovereign» OR «citizen» into the «status» section, and they'll obviously go with the LAST part, and he's thinking to himself as he makes the entry: «Okay, I guess this guy is a kind of being a slave so we'll just enter "citizen" here...» then you are basically considered to be a «commoner» or even a «damn serf» or even someone of «lesser» social-status.
When a past black-robed «magistrate» tried to ask me «So, are you a sovereign citizen?» I was like «and you KNOW that's an oxymoron so don't you DARE try to call me a sovereign "citizen" since I am actually a DIVINE "Sovereign" and NOT some sort of "citizen"» (para-phrased) and there were quite a few back-and-forth exchanges until he tried to make some final-declarations which I also countered, made an embarrassment of him, made sure to file my Notice of Void-Judgement, and guess what, people? That «judge» now NO LONGER TAKES ANY CASES even though you can see his name listed at the Rapid City Court-House Listings for «presiding» judge/magistrate over «cases» when it comes to HIS «list» it is ALWAYS EMPTY (same thing with another one who was also involved in past-approval of fraudulent-litigations against me).
I need to stop myself here since this all needs to be documented into web-page formats rather than me dumping it into forum-limited formats so I'll be getting back to focusing on that work for now.
Also, this guy reveals a lot of truths on his channel, too.
I understand "Sovereign Citizen" sounds like an oxymoron. Just like , say , in traffic "turn left , keep right" sounds like an oxymoron.
But there is case law to support that in a republic: citizens are the sovereign. I understand if one doesn't want to be called such. And if it works to refuse, use it. The FBI put out some garbage rhetoric about Sovereign Citizens as a misdirected cult. So what a lot of people in this movement (what many call the law movement) are doing is quoting the case law about why citizens are sovereign whenever it's brought up.
With that I don't mind "sovcit" even though many use it pejoratively. It's appropriate when someone uses the term or its abbreviation, to immediately call them on it. But the two are not by necessity an oxymoron.
I won't get hung up on the phrase. Some use it some don't. Going back to tax: you can start simply. Just ask the IRS: "is tax voluntary?" and watch them squirm. Push the topic further.
We are approaching a point where you can resort to not only case law, but push the IRS to confirm in writing that you simply are not required to pay.
Imagine being in court and saying "well here's all the case law. But more than that I have a letter from the IRS itself ..."
They are not. The republic is the sovereign, and the citizens are owned by the republic.
"Just ask the IRS: 'is tax voluntary?' and watch them squirm."
This is because you are talking to people in the lower layers. They have never thought about that question, because they don't believe in voluntary transactions at all. If you go higher up, the response will change.
"But more than that I have a letter from the IRS itself ..."
