This takes a little while to prove with explanation, but is provable.

There are two political enterprises that exist in the landmass that is central north america (the centre of turtle island). While these two enterprises do not command all of Earth, like it or not what happens between them in modern day has a lot of impact on the world's future affairs. Neither of them is pure good or evil ... but one of them is aligned with rule by people , and the other is aligned by rule of: pirates , tyrants, and dare I say demons.

One is the United States (a corporation listed on Dun and Bradstreet). The other is the United States of America. Can you guess which one is which?

So if they occupy similar land mass how can they both exist? Because nations are not based on land mass. Nations are based on the alignment of people, Contracts, parlance.

It would be naive to think that people never break laws. But one enterprise is a much more insidious nature of crime.

Ask yourself what you are "strongly encouraged" to do when you pass through major life events. When you vote , drive , give birth , are born , work , cross "borders" ... you are asked a question: Are you a US citizen? But where is the instruction book that tells you what that means?

Is US Citizen an abbreviation? These are important life events, surely we want to be clear and not resort to abbreviations don't we?

And when you confirm at any one of these points "yes I am" , you also can indirectly confirm , like giving your "US address" , your "State" , your capital name.

Oh this is all poppycock you say. Well why was this so readily talked about in congress through the 1800s? The foreign District of Columbia and its usurpation. The United States citizen opposed to a State Citizen of the Union. These "Sovcits" "distort the language"? Or is it that a corporation that operates more like a criminal cartel is obsessed with using words that sound similar to the words used by the Union that was fought for in 1776. Is there a case for semantic deceit? Yes there is.

No, if you are signing as a US citizen, you are not declaring that you are a corporate entity. Instead, you are declaring that you are a citizen of a corporate entity.

Now think about the term "born out of statute". A statute is a set of rules that create the identity of the corporation. For example, your DNA is the statute of your physical body.

Now you need to understand one more thing: Corporations can exist within other corporations.

This means that the corporations that you call "The United States" and "The United States of America" both exist within another corporation. If you sign as a US citizen, you are declaring to be part of the corporation you believe to be part of, as well as the corporation the US corporations are part of.

This is where the concept of informed consent comes into play. If people who are signing as US citizens believe that they are part of the USA (not the US), then the contract they agree to consists of the statutes they know. You can't sneak in statutes they don't know, as this would nullify the contract. You even say it yourself:

There is no real alignment with rules that the people don't know. No informed consent = no alignment.

Just leave the corporation(s) and build your own, based on a transparent social contract that everybody can understand, so informed consent is possible. If you don't believe in informed consent, but instead believe that contracts are valid even if you don't know or understand them, you will remain a slave.

The sovcit movement believes that contracts are valid even if people don't know their content.

It's a slave mentality.

It's like this. There are multiple battle fronts. Let's say there's the landings, the beaches of Normandy, there's the fields and the streets.

Well. There's building internet robust architecture, there's spreading valid critical information, there's independent gardening infrastructure, there's well organized militias, and there's fighting semantic deceit, etc.

I don't care what, those are all fine initiatives. But armchair criticism of either one of them is useless.

Do you not realize the power of a land patent over a deed? You're clinging to the hope that big kahuna will come and level the playing field. None of that will happen. Police will do their thing. Lawyers will do their thing. And so will rioters.

Where is the axis of power between the front lines? Between the media hoax? Will Bob and Ned suddenly change their conversation about the leaf blower and move onto the aliens?

Now here's the part where I think needs recognition and what I think makes people spiteful of this movement.

The point: "why are you being a dumbass, pandering to criminal courts" - and this I sympathize with.

I can envision a point where militias actually see the criminal hypocrisy and realize the *lawful duty* to intervene in the criminal "trials"

The youtube (major platforms) and media constantly spin things to make people think none of it works.

The cases like this, a lot of them never make it to court. The agencies just quietly disregard it, because they don't want the information to get out

Not at all. I know that there will be a war between humans who cling to the old ways, which is the belief in authority, and humans who want to change the paradigm. All I care about is whether some ETs who claim to be good will be helping the humans who already want to change things (who are the minority right now).
